Shipping Policy
We offer shipping at the customer's expense for small packages through the USPS at a flat charge of $9.99. USPS Small Flat Rate Boxes measure 8 11/16” x 5 7/16” x 1 ¾”. For orders that exceed the size of small flat rate packaging, we ship using USPS medium and large rate shipping calculations. We will inform you if your order has exceeded the small packaging allowances.

We offer our local customers free delivery within a 5-mile radius of 807 Eads Street Waycross, Georgia.

We allow SCHEDULED customer pick-up of orders. Call (912) 281-4140 prior to pick-up.
Return & Exchange Policy
Our policy is unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange of custom products for services rendered. Because we deal in customer requested customized work, those goods are exempt from being returned. However there are rare occasions we offer reprint(s) to resolve problems with customized merchandise.
